SHOULD YOU STRETCH?
Yes! You'll not only cut down on injuries, but you'll help prevent the immobilization that eventually comes to virttually all of us from not stretching. If you've read 23 year-old Justin Wilson's journal, you know that even young athletes can lose their flexibility.
A TIP: Stretching can be boring, so either make that your time to listen to WAMU, or to do your own form of meditation.
